THE WAY OF THE BAND
The best way to handle your band is to rope it diagonal across your body from where your neck meets your shoulder, down to the opposite side of your body by your waist. Loop one handle through the other. The loose handle will be tucked in a pocket, in your actual pants or under your belt!
When the app says "BAND OFF": Take it off as it's time to work.
When the app says "BAND ON": put it back on according to the above.
If the app tells you to do another cardio and does not tell you to put the band back on...KEEP IT OFF as you will be using it again shortly!
